Laughter Yoga is an innovative unique concept of “unconditional” Laughter created by Indian General Practitioner Doctor Madan Kataria to help people heal themselves and feel more happy and more healthy .
“We do not laugh because we are happy, but we are happy because we laugh.
Laughter Yoga combines motion, moves, chanting, and clappings with Yogic deep breathings (Pranayaama) to initiate laughters as a form of an exercise in a group. As the session progresses Laughter becomes real and contagious.

For centuries, we known that laughter is beneficial for health ! Recently it has been proved that our body does not make any difference between natural or fake laughter, so this is a great new !

In LAUGHTER YOGA, we laugh for No Reason. The Natural laughter that sometimes happens in our lives depends on many reasons, circumstances or conditions. This means we leave laughter to chance, it may happen or it may not.
LAUGHTER YOGA does not need a sense of humor (which can be different from one to another) to laugh, so during sessions we make laughter as an exercise and we can prolong our laughter as long as we want. If we look at children, they are absolutely natural when they laugh. Their laughter is not dependent on any external stimulus like jokes, comedy or humor. It is a physical laugh :
