FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS

What should you expect after a Kinesiology session?

One more time, we are all individuals, coming in a context, in a mood, and with different history and needs. How could we predict how one’s will react after a session? Try not to judge how you feel after a session, just observe and take notes if possible.

Most of the time, you will not feel anything, which is fine, and you could even forget why you came; a lot of people feel this is the best possible outcome they can get.

You might feel really confident, really clear as if you were immediately back to “yourself”, knowing what you need to do.

You might find you feel a lot better almost straight away, or feel very relax, very tired, or very energetic. That can be a sign that things are processing.

What tends to happen after that is a more gradual change which occurs over days, weeks or even longer.

You may find yourself in familiar situation only to notice your reaction are now different, in a positive way.

Sometimes the people around you will notice you are changinh before you do.. It’s like you are getting feedback from the world around you about what is shifting and changing.

Occasionally you might feel worse (temporarily) or quite up and down Feeling out of sorts after a session or overly emotional can be slarming. Rest assure it is always a sign that a really big shift is taking place, we call this a healing crisis… It can also bring the awareness that some changes are in order and the shifting process is bringing that out. It can make things obvious to encourage you to keep going on your healing path and create the change you really want.
